The Role

Renovation & Repair Technician

You will work alongside the owner on residential remodels and repairs across the metro — bathrooms and kitchens one week, a punch list and a tile floor the next. Every day looks a little different, and nobody here stands around waiting to be told what to do twice.

What The Work Looks Like

  • Demo, prep and haul-off, done clean and done safe
  • Setting tile, hanging and finishing drywall, texture and paint
  • Trim carpentry: doors, base, casing, shelving, cabinet installs
  • Basic plumbing and fixture swaps; light electrical device work
  • Exterior repairs: rotted wood, soffit and fascia, decks, fencing
  • Loading out, keeping the truck and tools in order, protecting the home

What We Are Looking For

  • Two or more years in the trades, or one year plus the hands to prove it
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Your own hand tools and basic power tools
  • You show up on time, and you call before you are late, not after
  • You can talk to a homeowner in their house like a professional
  • You would rather redo it right than hope nobody notices

Almost everything is inside the Jackson metro, so you are home every night. Occasionally we take work a little farther out, and we talk about that ahead of time.
